In this workshop we will explore the process of making a box using silver PMC. It can be a small decorative box that sits on a table or slips into your pocket. It can be a pendant that holds something close to your heart. The choice will be yours. This class is open to beginners with at least one or more classes in PMC as well as those with more experience. The techniques we will examine will entail pattern making, dry construction, rolling textures, hinges, riveting and closures. Students should bring their own tools and PMC. A materials list will be provided in advance. |
