Miriam will demonstrate the basic process used in creating her pieces, and will guide students through a step by process of translating a landscape photograph (chosen by Miriam) into a kilnformed glass image with extreme realism and depth. A second photograph from Miriam's collection will be chosen by the class and students will use this as inspiration for the creation of a second kilnformed panel.
